im getting a new cell phone and i have my eyes on the pearl
i need gps in my phone but i am wondering this.
what happens to the directions if a call comes in?
can you talk and keep the gps on the screen at the same time?
does the gps in the pearl allow me to enter multiple stops at once or do i need to enter a stop each time i am enroute to it?
my job has me running all over the minneapolis area so the gps is more than a convenience.
thanks

Depending on the navigation application you use - because a few don't - most will let you make & take calls while navigating.
Having tested several - including unreleased next versions - I don't remember trying to look at the screen during a call. One of my test criteria is how usable the directions are without looking at the screen. Also, I tend not to use a headset, so I'm unlikely to notice what's on the screen. But that's just me.
But to one essence of your question - navigation continues while you're on a voice call.
not really. my main requirements are a gps and email, web, text, and obviously a phone lol
music, tv, games etc are nice but not necassary
Ok the only reason I was asking is because the sprint Blackberrys cant do it till later on in the year. I just wanted to head off frustration of a user, that sales didnt inform of what works and what doesnt.
