Blackberry Professional and Exhcnage Email Issues

Hi All, Thanks for reading and possibly helping.
My issue is that I am not receiving all of my corporate email on my blackberry 8330. I get some, but not nearly all.
Background:
I have verizon as a carrier and they said since I am getting some, everything is working. We did resend services books and soforth but no help.
3 other peope in my office use cincinnati bell and they have no issue.
I get all of my gmail.
I have checked, double checked and check god knows how many additional times that 'leave a message on the server is checked'
I have deleted all of my rules in outlook.
This is driving me crazy so any help is appreciated.
