Hello,
We have a user who was added to the BES server and attempted to active before she upgraded her service plan. After finding out the cost of upgrading her plan, she decided not to use BES and to only use Desktop syncing. I removed her from BES, and since she's been getting the encryption messages, the ones from network@etp...., every 20 minutes. I added her back to BES and re-deleted her, but it hasn't helped. The only entry in the logs I found are from the add and deleting this morning. Have any of you seen this an know how to fix it? I'm posting the ones from the MAGT log, I can post others if needed.

The user Desktop Manager is installed for using BES.

Ask the user to uninstall and reinstall the DM for usage with BIS.
