So I am having problems with my pop account. Once I setup in outlook, I am having problems with my system not deleting all of the required information from my outlook. Its ok on the server, but its not 100% sync on my outlook.

What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

If i am getting your query right, you are not seeing the items deleted from the desktop when deleted from the handheld?

Can you kindly check the link below link which points out to reconciliation of messages b/w the messaging server and the device.

BlackBerry Search Results

Thanks.

That is already done. So if you look at my wed account, all is ok. But for some reason, my items are not syncing between my outlook inbox in the web. Is this just the way it is?

The items on the web outlook inbox are not in sync with your device. Is it for the deleted items only?

When you delete an item from the desktop, the deleted mail goes in the "Deleted Items" folder. It has to stay there for a while before device knows its there. Perhaps that is the issue.

Else, the device should sync perfectly with the inbox.

You are problem with the deleted items?

The deleted items from the desktop inbox should stay in the "deleted items" folder for the device to know.

Else, the device should sync perfectly - yes there is a delay on 15 mins for polling. Perhaps you delete mails during that 15 mins period.
