I'm new to OS 6 on my Bold and I'm using the default "BlackBerry" theme.

So there are these categories that you can scroll through, from right to left and vice-versa, i.e., All, Favorites, Media, Frequent, Downloads, etc.

What are these called? I'll call them Folders for now.

Anyway, I'm wondering if there's a way to make a Folder stick, as your default? Here's the issues. I've gone to the effort to populate a Favorites folder with icons of my choosing and have them set up just how I want them. I want the Favorites folder to "stick" on the desktop. But half the time whenever I leave Favorites sitting there till the screen times out, when I log back in the desktop is displaying All or Frequent or some other folder. I want to make Favorites stick.

No way that I am aware of. That's why I downloaded and installed a theme which allows me to have the "old" look where I can control the icons and not have those ridiculous views.

Thanks Grumpy, heheh, I'm tempted to do the same. Which theme is that if you don't mind my asking, and where'd you get it?
