Hi. I love my torch and was gutted when it fell on concrete and now the glass is completely smashed! It all still works perfectly but I need new glass. Anyone know if I can get new glass and have it fitted without a £200+ bill?

It it just the glass that is broken, or the LCD screen? If just the glass, you could possibly order a replacement and install it yourself.

Hi, the LCD is fine, absolutely perfect, just the glass itself is badly damaged. Due an upgrade in 2 months but need to replace glass in the meantime.

You may need to purchase the tools, they should have them at the site you order the replacement glass.

just be carefull with the ribbon cable from screen to moher board, it is very fragile and I broke mine replacing the digitizer.

I used it with a broken screen for a few weeks with tape on it and maybe it can last till your upgrade

If you look about you can get a whole Front unit (new screen, Digitiser, slider)
for £49 it is an easy job to replace involing 12 screws and one cable and an easier option that just replacing the digitiser which has a VERY FRAGILE CLIP...
