Hi everyone! I'm a longtime reader, but first time poster. I need you expert guidance.

I have a Storm but my screen has malfunctioned. I want to send it back to RIM but would like to wipe it first. Without a functioning screen, how can I wipe the phone? Thanks all!

Do you also want to get the information off of it before you send it back to them? IE: Contacts, calendar etc etc
