We had an employee who left and took the BB he was assigned with him (we allowed this after wiping it). For some reason our IT policy still remains on the device. Does he need to be back on the original BES or can he contact RIM and have them put his handheld on their BES (pretty sure I worked with RIM before and they had test environments you can activate your handhelds on) and have them send him a blank IT policy?

Easiest way would be to add him push blank policy then remove him

Or send him a link to the remove IT policy in the BBFAQ
