Okay, how do I get my ThinkOutside Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard to work with my BlackBerry Bold?

I'm a new BB Bold user for about 3 weeks now. Its very different from the Nokia smart phones I've been using for some time now, but I must say I just love my Bold. The screen alone kills anything else, plus it does not wash out in sun light! My 4 biggest questions which I just can't seem to work out are;
1. When editing profiles, what is Level 1?
2. Also when editing profiles, what is "important calls"?
3. Why in normal profile, the phone only rings once?
4. When I go to options, and check status, the File Free starts at about 20.7Meg and drops a few meg a day, why?

NEW question:
I have FLV audios and three FLV videos I want to convert and listen on my Bold with the headset.
1) What is the prefered FLV converter and what format do I convert the FLV videos

2) And the FLV audios?

Caveat.... I have not kept up with all the formats the the numbers are staggering...lol...

Please i have a similar problem i tried updating my bb bold but got some errors and it was stuck in the boot loop, so i kept trying with dm then finally it was ok, but i had to put my sim in phone so i turn off the phone via menu pulled the battery fixd d sim and replaced battery. but to my surprise my bb didnt respond ( no red/led Light), neither does it charge, even my pc does recognize it. please i would appreciate any help.

I've had a Blackberry bold for about 1 year and month. Recently my keys started getting all screwed up, specifically

the dial key types jk
the track ball types hl
the end call key types nm
the a key type uo

is there anything I can do or am I screwed. I"ve tried reloading the OS and everything. I've had no water damage. I've pretty much taken really good care of it. Please Help ME

so... i have a blackberry bold 9000 and i regret that.

yahoo messenger doesn't connect.
opera mini doesn't connect
i can't connect to my laptop wireless connection
i can't instal app world (something about system requirements)
i can't use the email without BlackBerry Internet Service account

is this because i updated my phone to 4.6.0.517?
