When I go to full restore those don't show up in the list of "to be restored", so I don't think that will work.

did you setup BB Redirector or BB Unite on your PC?

I'll try the full wipe & reinstall I guess. I also have OS 217 & 331. Do you think I should try one of those instead of 210?
I'll have to find the wipe instructions too.

Go to Application Loader, then Add/Remove Applications. Make sure that you have all the BB apps checked and if not, check them and install them on to the device.

I would use that, yes. But try the last thing I stated first.

Okay, I'm in Application Loader. The BB apps don't show up in the list - only 3rd-party stuff.

In the upper right corner of DM, click on Help, About, and then click the Device Software tab. What does say?

Did you delete the vendor.xml file? Check and make sure it didn't get recreated.

No, it's still just showing 3rd-party apps in App Loader.

Maybe it's because I installed 3rd-party apps before doing a restore. I figured that the data wouldn't restore without an associated app.

I would try the wipe and reinstall, then do the restore immediately after, before you install any 3rd party apps.

Maybe I'll just update to 216 & see if they come back. Do you like 217? I'll go looking for it.
