Default Call, Trackpad and End Keys Do Not Work

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone else having trouble with the Call, Trackpad and End Keys on their Torch? I have had my device for about 8 hours and suddenly these keys do not work in any mode.

Try pulling the battery. You may need to return the device. I hope you did not get the device wet

I attempted several reboots and battery pulls with no success. I'll exchange it tomorrow. Hopefully there are more units at my local AT&T store.

Did you transfer any items from prior device? If so, some of those apps may not be compatible which may cause the problem. Can you wipe the handheld and see if that helps?

I did transfer items from a 9700 including apps, autotext, profile options, etc. I am wiping the device now. Thanks

My keys froze up on the at&t rep when he was setting it up. We both thought it might be a lock feature so i didn't think anything of it. I ended up doing a battery pull in the parking lot before I left and they started working. If they lock up again I'm taking it back.
