Default Lost my inbox / sent email folder

Please Login to Remove!

Ok.

So I was in an airport about a week ago. I looked down and my inbox was all funky. Emails that had been deleted, sent to various inbox folders were all in my inbox.

I could not figure out how to fix it and did not have time to troubleshoot - So i wiped the handeheld and had our computer guys reactivate me on the BES.

Everything came back fine.

However, a few days later i noticed i could not see any of my desktop inbox folders or the sent email folders with the "view folders" options.

I called Cingular. They recomended I reinstall the handheld operating system.

I did that today with the help of our computer guys.

Still no inbox folders or the sent email folders with the "view folders" options.

Any thoughts?

Try resending the service books. Very strange that you wouldn't have them even after reinstalling the handeld software.

I think that was done by our computer guys - they tell me that have the option to "send service book". They did that - nothing.

Since no one had a solution, here is what I am doing to fix the issue:

1. The sevrer guys are doing a series of updates, fixes,, or such this weekend. So they will be actually taking down the servers and doing some form of restart.

2. if that does not fix it. Monday morning we are doing a telephone conference with Cingular or RIM.

Any other thoughts / ideas?

I hate not having a seperate sent email folder . . .
