I updated my OS to the new TIM. Now I can see my calls connect, but no one can hear me and I can't hear them.

It works fine with bluetooth, but totally nada without.

Any ideas?

Odd.... Did you do a fresh install of the new OS (Jl_Cmder wipe) or did you install over the top of an old (previous OS) ?????

I installed over the top of the previous OS and had problems...duh!

So I did a Jl_Cmder wipe and reinstalled fresh and everything works except this problem.

Odd..... I assume the BT is off when this happens??? have you tried disabling BT and see if the problem is still there??

Yes, the BT is disabled. I am stumped, but I have to find a way to fix this. While I use my BT more than less, I can't have a phone that I MUST use it!

I'd say at this point you have an issue with the device.... You have done Jl_Cmder and checked all that is relevent.... Might be time to call your provider and have the device replaced....

I had this problem with my first Pearl, but it would work on Speakerphone as well.. just nothing through the earpiece.. TMO said it was a hardware problem, and replaced my device... I'd recommend going that route.
