So recently my screen has been screwing up and not working, when i press the screen it dosent do what i want it to do, if resoond at all. I took it to Vodafone who said it could be caus ei havent updated, so i searched for UPdates and it said (on my pc) that there was none avaliable so i downgraded and when i tried to upgrade back to my orignaial version it couldnt let me.

Did the phone get wet?

If no, have you tried a battery pull? With the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds. Put it back and let the device reboot.

What if it did get wet? I dont think it did though. And yea i have done the battery thing.

Also how can i re update it?

BBs and wet do not mix. If it got wet and you didn't remove the power and let it dry, it could be a goner. What color are the moisture indicators?

eh whats the moisture indicators? everything else is fine its just the screen wont always respond.
