Hi, I'm new to site, but I have always a blackberry since I first got my phones. Well I now have a Storm 2 and I have this problem. On my homescreen I have a smiley face under the time and date. But its not a perfect looking smiley face, it actually looks like something you would have drawn. I know a lot will say its a BBM message or something like that, but its not I have gone threw my whole phone and I cannot figure it out, I have reseted my phone/taking the battery out/and brought it to Verizon, and nobody knows what it is. Can someone please help me out?

Yellow, smiley face means a blackberry messenger notification. Check again. Could you Be a little more detailed about the icon?
