Default How often do YOU do a battery pull?

Please Login to Remove!

I've posted this in one of my other posts, but with my old pearl I NEVER had to do a battery pull. Since I had to replace it, I'm doing one like once a day or more.

SO- how often do you all need to do a battery pull to keep the memory up (and is once / day high?)

When needed - when something doesn't work as it should, after an application download and install, when I feel it needs one.

I pull my battery at least a few times per day . Especially when roaming.

Its been at least two weeks since my last one. I don't keep too many apps on my phone, but use lots of music, pics, videos, email, yahoo and google messenger. Try to keep at least 12 Meg free. I totally love this phone.

Battery pulls are required more if you have a lot of apps or you install and uninstall apps a lot. This of course affects your free memory and the battery pull clears out memory. Also if you upgrade to a newer version of your device os then you will (in most cases) get better performance and memory management out of your device which translates into fewer pulls. Its been 1 month now I believe since my last pull, and the reason I pulled was because I had uninstall an app.

Wirelessly posted (MY 8900)

I don't do battery pulls. I usually reset it when I uninstall or install something. Other than that, I can't remember the last time I have done a battery pull when I wasn't prompted. Yay for the 8900 =)

Resets right here. Used when necessary. I've only done a battery pull less than a handful of times since I've owned by device.

About once a day. Sometimes my Pearl fails to send MMS messages and pulling the battery solves it.

I just upgraded to the latest bold os .282 today, did a battery pull after the upgrade. So we'll see how long before I do another one.

Quickpull is a nice free app if you battery pull a lot. It essentially does it for you.
