i have a 7290 model. i installed the blackberry desktop manager(latest i guess) but when i try to go to roxio media manager to upload ringtones, pictures and other things the roxio manager doesn't detect the device. The device is detected by the computer and blackberry desktop manager also detects the phone. but when i try the application loader too it says that the software for the device is not found. i don't know wht the prblm is. somebody pls help me with the problem and also teach me how to use the desktop manager too.
