How do I access BIS from my computer (att.blackberry.com not working)

I registered my personal email from my BB Bold.. However, I would like to log into the BIS and manage the mailbox from there as well, but when I signed up from the device, it didn't ask me to create a username or password. It just asked me for my personal email and the password for it and it was all set and done.
I tried creating a new account at att.blackberry.com and after putting in my PIN and IMEI number, it said it was registered with another carrier. ???
