I am sure how to fill these out I'll just tell what happened. I admit I didn't no ANYTHING about this whole BBF Feedback thing. Had I know the guy I was doing business with was in the TOP 10 (TWICE), there is no way I would have made the deal with him. I worked a trade with him: My Bold for his 8900 Long story short we had it worked out I telling how I was excited about this deal and then I ask why do not want your 8900. He says two things about the Bold he was really looking for that the Bold has over the 8900. I cant remember 1 and the second was the fact that the Bold has 3G. My fault again no homework on my part. I didn't realize the 8900 wouldn't have 3g on AT&T. I or we made this discovery the same day I FedEx overnight to him for 45.00 so he could turn around and overnight me the 8900. He DID offer to send me my original phone back, However I told him I am a man of my word I WILL stand behind my word and to go ahead with our original plan. the phone arrived on time like I paid for it to. I asked and had to ask several times for my shipping info back to me so I could track it. At 4.15pm my time( I have been contacting him since 10.00am) I finally hear back only to be informed that HE decided that because he saw me shopping for yet another BB for my OTHER line, that it would OK with me without double checking with me to send me my phone back. Since he felt that because I was looking for another I all of a sudden didn't''t want his 8900 anymore. Amazing to have the power to read minds. Oh and the original agreement was overnight to him and he would pay me back for my shipping and then overnight the 8900 to me. Based on the tracking info I was given he shipped "back" 3 day select not overnight and I was also told that FedEx is not running OverNight Friday or Monday that it would be Wed 05/27/09 before I get my phone. Now after reading about him I am wondering if I am getting a 3 day empty box. I kept up my end of the deal and he took upon himself to change the plan and not discuss anything with the other half of this deal - ME. And now after multiple attempts to call him out using email via my BB he will not repond. I am a retired Police Officer I am going to research this matter FULLY based on GP alone. I there is some kind of recourse I WILL seek it out

I am really hoping that I din't just SCREWED here. Its a shame how much you really can't trust people. I would really like to see something done about this on this Forum before I can trust putting myself out there again. I will keep posted as to what happens I know I won't get my shipping back. I just hope my phone comes back. I have it brokered off in another direction. Administrators heads up. In my apst when there was ever that many totally different people running the same person's name hot like this I was NEVER wrong to assume that that person was suspect in some way. In this story I am 1 of 3 so far that have been screwed one way or another by the same user name. What does that say, you do the math

Sorry to hear of your probably loss.

This user Berryaddikt84 has been the source of other complaints and apparent scams, as you know now.

You also know by posting here that BlackBerryForums.com does not warrant or oversee the private transactions between members here. It's like doing business with someone on the side of the street, and trust is key to a clean transaction--as well as thorough research on both seller and buyer's part.

The user "Berryaddikt84" is being banned from participation on this site. That is about all that we can do.
