Hi, I can't when I scan wifi network my 9320 won't find any networks 3 metres or more away I need to be very close to connect. Please help when I use other blackberries they scan and connect with no problem even from afar. What is with my phone? I need to scan wifi networks atleast 10 metres away. Please help do I need to enter codes?

Unless you have problems with the software it may be a hardware problem.
do you have it in a case? Drop it, Got it wet?

You can try reloading the OS after a backup to see if it helps.

all you need to use a WIFI spot is the name shown and the security code if the WIFI is using one. Most public places don't.
