There are no mail settings, as it doesn't sync mail.

Im assuming that Desktop Manager is not syncing?
Check [on BB] Options - Advanced - Default services - and make sure the outlook address is default for CICAL and try syncing again, it should then work.

EDIT : Ive just seen your other thread about them being wirelessly synced. How did you set that up to begin with?

I assumed you were using standard BIS, syncing with Desktop Manager (which doesn't sync email).
As you didn't mention in this thread (only your other thread) that it was wirelessly syncing.

Moved to the 8500 section.

Please do not double post. Your second thread has been deleted.

The only way to sync everything wirelessly is to use BES. Talk to your BES Admin to get it set up again.

Perhaps you were getting email via BIS and then using Google to sync contacts and calendar?

What is the correct model number for your device?

Please update your profile if it is not an 8520.

Yes, its a Curve, known as the Gemini to RIM, which most carriers ignore when advertising.

Not just carriers that ignore it

Ignored by Blackberry© too - the word 'gemini' is not mentioned anywhere in the official BB paperwork, box, instructions, etc

Blackberry describe their mobile as "Curve 8520"

Very confusing

BIS is Blackberry Internet Service - Used for personal email

BES is Blackberry Enterprise Server - Used for corporate email Since you mentioned your admin, this is what you have.

You can learn more about each in the FAQ section (http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.php/BlackBerry_FAQ). Scroll down under Internet and Email FAQs and look for appropriate section.

Don't get hung up on the "name" associated with the devices. Look at the series to find the appropriate forum to post in. Since you have an 8520, it is an 8500 series. (All 85XX phones would be 8500 series.) I think the names are a schema designed by RIM to confuse us all, especially recently so best bet is to totally ignore the name and give the model number if you want to be sure that you are understood.
