Default Aerize Alerts - Enable Direct Inbox ?

Please Login to Remove!

Does anybody know what the "Enable Direct Inbox" setting does in Aerize Alerts? I tried their website/user manual and there is no mention of it. I've tried playing around with it checked and unchecked and didn't notice any differences. I guess I'm just more curious than anything else.

It's not listed on the main Options screen, but, if you hit menu, it's listed in the drop-down.

The "Enable Direct Inbox" setting is for when you get an SMS alert. It makes it so that the popup you receive will link to your inbox.

Basically so when you hit reply it will mark your message as read and let you reply. Or when you hit "ok" or "cancel" or whatever.

Sounds good, in theory, except that the only available options for SMS are ok or open. Reply or mark only work for email.... Please clarify what you can do when enable direct inbox is activated and what you cannot do when it is not.

What I have found with my Bold is that if you enable direct to inbox, when you click OPEN when the window pops up, instead of going to your messages folder, it goes to the incoming folder (showing only incoming events)

I found this out because one version defaulted to that setting and it bugged me enough that I had to fix it
