Oh! Speaking of which!!! It's a great phone but you have a little work and maintenance to do!!

Forget the battery pull and get SoftRest!! It rocks!!

Get rid of anything off of the device you don't need. I even removed the help modules (using desktop manager.)

OK.... so I have put my son to bed so I have taken it off the charger for a bit to play with it.... I just couldn't resist. This is the first phone that I have ever had that cause use "EDGE". WOW! That is some speedy download speeds compared to my 7100t! It makes the web browser enjoyable! This phone is awsome so far. I haven't made any calls on it yet but just going through the menus it is really nice.

I put my 1gb MicroSD card in also and that is a really kewl feature.

I also just went out to T-Mobile's web site and they have .107 available for download so I just grabbed that. Currently my device has 4.2.0.64 What kind of differances will I see? Also should I upgrade to the new code before I transfer all of my data from my old BB?

A quick question about Switch Device Wizard. What kind of settings does this transfer? I don't want it to copy network settings that I have or anything. All I really want is my Address Book.

I would upgrade the OS before putting your data on it.

You can backup your old device then use the restore-advanced feature to restore just the address book to the new device.
