I have just bought a new ( unlocked ) BB bold 9000 and I'm having lot's of problems: It keeps turning off by itself !, I tried to take out the battery plenty of times ( hard reset ???) and did no work out .
Any suggestions ????

Sounds like a bad battery. Get a new OEM one and see if that works. Not likely an OS problem unless there are corrupt files somewhere.

is it brandnew one?or a second hand?

You can try putting a paper shim between the battery and BlackBerry housing, opposite the battery contacts. Sometimes they don't fit perfectly, especially if the battery is an aftermarket replacement.

I always recommend getting batteries from RIM or some other reputable source like SeidioOnline.com.

if its hard to power on,2 things is for sure,
the battery is super lowbat or insufficient supply to be able to power on your unit..try to use OEM batteries..
or...your power on button is malfunctioning as uve said "hard to reset"?

He did not say "hard to reset " he ment pulling the battery was a hard reset.
