Hello everyone,

I am new on this forum and I really need help.

I have the curve 8900 (had it for 18 months +). Two days ago, while I was doing the back-up on my laptop, I got a message saying that there is a new version if I wanted to update. So I clicked yes.

The software has been updated on my phone however, if I don't touch the keyboard or the ball for 30 seconds, the phone gets locked and the only way to unlock it is to press the red button for 3-4 seconds.
Which means: If I receive a call, I cannot answer. I am hanging up on people!!

Please help me, it is driving me nuts!
