Has anyone come across this problem (and found a solution !) :

Blackberry pearl with Nokia ck-7w bluetooth car kit

Paired OK
Connect OK automatically everytime I get in the car but...
after 1 use of the phone (dialling out or receiving a call) the bluetooth connection stays active but the sound doesn't actually work (occassionally this happens without working even once, occassionally it will work twice but no more). I can't replicate this with any other bluetooth device and the same phone e.g. my Jabra headset connects AND works everytime, re-connecting and working whether I disconnect the headset or just walk too far away.

Any help appreciated. I really like the phone but solid BT perfromance in my car is an absolute must.

I too have experienced this problem with identical symptoms. It is driving me bananas! If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

i have also this problem

I was told by Vodaphone that the problem could be solved if i called to their shop and synced my phone

When i caslled i was told that this was incorrect info and that there is a basic incompatability between nokia and blackberrys

I find this hard to believe

Surely if Bluetooth works for some calls from the Pearl it should continue working and not drop after two calls

we frequently have problems with Nokia Bluetooth carkits.... the problems are there with different BB models.
All our peops who use a BB in our company have a Parrot carkit, we replaced the nokia carkits because of these probs....
it indeed sometimes works for a few seconds, some work for a few seconds, others can't even be paired, in general, the Nokia carkits are no good for the BB....
