Default Blackberry Will be banned in some of The Middle East Countries

Please Login to Remove!

So i have been hearing that BB server will be banned in the UAE, KSA
and soon all the other Arabian gulf countries do to security issues.

i have been using blackberry since 2005 in kuwait ( in the arabian gulf ) and not once there was a problem with security. What they are saying is that they cant track any msgs on BBM or PINmsgs so it is easier for terrorist to communicate via blackberry.

isn't that just lame! so if you cut off blackberries there will be no terrorism? or is that just an excuse?

they asked RIM to give them away to keep track of it, and this what RIM said

RIM responds to BlackBerry ban in Middle East | Security - CNET News

we have 1000,000 of population in kuwait and im safe to say that 999,999 of us have blackberry, so this is going to be a big problem here!

just imagine living without your blackberry!!

tell me how u feel about this guys

I would feel worse about this if I lived in your part of the world.

Darn search button is broken again.

Many threads on this already.

I feel that we should use one of the existing posts.

Check in "Sensitive Discussions".
