I will be turning in my company BB Bold in a few days and would like to restore it back to factory condition. Is this possible?

All I have is a Getting Started Guide, which is virtually useless.

What is the exact model number? Your profile lists an 8830 and that is not a Bold....

If it is a 9930 it is here. You can search there for other models.
