Default Should i buy Blackberry curve 9320?

Hi all new here ummm i'm wanting to buy the 9320 BB curve but have read that the app's don't work properly with wifi? something to do with service packs?? is there any truth to this???

I'm a pay as you go customer on 02 and wouldn't use the internet on it outside of my home,unless i was at my inlaws again via their wifi.

I also live in the uk

A BlackBerry is not a regular phone. It requires a BlackBerry data plan, which is different from a typical data plan. You will have very limited functionality with a BlackBerry if you do not buy a BlackBerry data plan.

Some apps will work. The latest versions of Twitter, Facebook, and Appworld will work. You will not get email, BBM or other specific BlackBerry services.
