Hi,
Just got my blackberry everything is easy enough to figure accept sending texts!
I hate the predictive input wording on texts.
I like to just press the letter to enter.At the moment i press say a T that comes up fine but then press another letter and get a garbled up word??
How do i delete a mistake and can i remove this predictive texting so i can just type the letter in??

Had the same problem.... I hated the predictive text. I disabled the autotext on mine.

Here's what you do:

1. Go to Options
2. scroll down to "SMS"
3. in there you should see "Disable AutoText".. scroll down to that setting and ball-click on the "No" and change it to "Yes".
4. save

The thing with Suretype is, Don't look at the screen when you type, it will confuse you because the software is guessing the word you're typing. Just look at it at the end of the word.
