I've got a user who is looking to have his Blackberry device added to our BES. However, he stated that he is associated with a corporate email account of another organization. My question is:

Is it possible for one user to be associated with two separate BES from two separate organizations?

It used to be but I don't think it's possible any more. You used to be able to have sync on one BES but mail from both.

I just have one on BES, and use BIS for the other email address via the webmail. The BIS one only works for email of course.

So unless this user is not associated with a BES already we should be able to add them to our BES? Am i understanding that correctly?

Correct - One BES account, up to 10 BIS accounts. But your statement is a double negative so I'm not sure if you got it.
