How is it compared to the Bold? I thought the Bold was the easiest phone I have ever disassembled.

@agadgetgeek:
Why makes you sad?
I wrote my PIN is FFFFFFFF 'cause I don't want to show my PIN. But if I want I can change PIN to FFFFFFFF or FACE1991 or other...
@BryanHarig: It's not compare to Bold. I've disassembled Bold but for working, and in this moment I have no camera to take pictores. I'll post BOLD guide later.

I've managed to scratch my Curve 8900's screen. If I purchase full housing will that solve my problem or is the screen that is on the phone when its assembled the actually LCD?

I need to know this as I have some OEM housing on the way hoping to just replace it but on the disassembly video when the case is removed it seems like the screen area is hollow, which leads me to believe that the screen is non removable, that I need an entirely new LCD.

I need some help asap so I can cancel the order if need be. Thanks in advance.

At what step can you replace the chrome outside ring? I like the looks of the black one on cnn.cn but I'm not too sure about pulling everything apart.

That is LAME! I will DEFINITELY need a screen protector, then.

I'm glad I know this NOW so I can plan ahead to have a screen protector on my 8900 from day 1.
