A couple of users on my BES are randomly missing emails on their berries. What I mean is the will have all their emails from today, 1 from earlier in the week, 2 from a couple a weeks ago, and then a few from a couple of months ago. The users are not deleting the emails and all of their emails are still in Outlook. At first I thought this was a device problem but now I am having this issue on a few devices so I am thinking it could be BES related. Anyone ever see something like this before?

I had a user that complained about not receiving email on their device but it was coming to their mailbox. I checked the BES logs and found the user had a filter setup on the device that she forgot about. Do you know if the users have any filters setup on their devices?

The emails were there they have disappeared without being deleted.

Email messages, personal identification number (PIN) messages and Short Message Service (SMS) messages are deleted due to low memory on the BlackBerry device.

Have your users check for available memory. Just a thought

I too have this issue, I don't know what causes it but if I sync it again all is well. Always seems to leave the registrastion/network emails even if from 2 years ealier.
