Looking for any documentation/suggestions for best practices when performing an in-place upgrade of BESx from 5.0.1.4 to 5.0.2. Oderus Knows Where the Search Button Is Join Date: Sep 2006 Model: 9700 Carrier: Rogers Posts: 39	I just did this upgrade this morning. Databases were backed up, ran the installer, next, next, next finish. Too easy. 5.0.1.4 to 5.02.
