Default My iPhone was stolen.. So thinking about getting a BB Bold

Please Login to Remove!

Even though I'm still under contract, I should be able to go from the iPhone data plan to the BB data plan without any problems right? They both cost the same ($30 personal), so I don't think it would be any problem. Right? AT&T of course.

This is correct. You can make the changes online.

Wirelessly posted

Sorry to hear about your iphone you will def enjoy the bold its a nice step up from the 8300 and 8800 even the iphone. As I used to own the iphone after 3 weeks I had to go back to my blackberry because of the battery life and was unable to get used to the touch screen .

Cool. Yeah I love the iPhone but missed the actual keyboard and longer battery life.
Now I just need to stop by AT&T and get a new SIM card once I do get my new phone. Any idea how much a replacement SIM card costs?

That's correct.

The SIM should be free.

This is something that will be implemented into OS 3.0, but as of now that's not possible.
What I don't understand is how they offer insurance for their other phones that cost the same or much more as the iPhone, but they refuse to offer it for the iPhone itself.

I had the iphone too, I was never bored playing with it. But I killed that battery just writing messages. I couldn't stand carrying around one of those USB chargers days that I was out of my house for more than 12 hours. The Iphones battery SUCKS. The BLackberry battery (even though VERY similar to the iphones) Lasts a LOT longer. You won't be upset, unless you're obsessed with playing with touchscreens, cuz then you might just not like the bold. BUT YET there's still a Storm for all that touchy clicky feeling :D.

The amount of technically inaccurate information in this post is astounding.
