I have the BB8900 and I have about 6 mail accounts linked to it; gmail, yahoo etc. All is fine except for the one mail account. I get one new mail through about 4 times over - i have sent service books and have deleted the webmail account and started fresh - what i find odd is that when the mail comes through it will have diff time stamps on too.. eg: 1:05 then 1:08 then 1:12 but each time diffrent and all this for one mail. Its quite annoying... any ideas?

Not sure what the problem could be. One thing is certain though. Its not the BB at fault. It is the mail server. You may work around this by setting up a forwarding rule. Forward the emails from the problem email address to the Blackberry email address.

Edit the Blackberry email address and add the problem email address in the reply to field, add your name in the your name field. Save and resend service books. You are doing so as when you reply to an email on your bb for this email address it will appear to the recipient as if you have replied from the original (problem) email address.

oh... sorry... to akosnitzky - no its not the google mail one... i have had the google one do that too but that was fixed as there was a rule on in BB setup..

flyeboy or akosnitzky - i am getting the double emails on my gmail account. i looked at mail setup, but couldnt see any fix. what is the fix you found and where is it within setup wizard? many thanks.
