Could you guys tell me how did you get your BB8300 Curve in T-Mobile, I think it won't be released until September 2X, right?

They got Curves from AT&T and other carriers, unlocked them and are using them on TMobile.

A service book is a piece of software pushed down by the BB system and carrier to make certain features work on the BB. Up until now the service book that makes the browser work on the Curve was not being pushed down properly by TMobile on OS versions newer than 4.2.2.67. Apparently, now the issue may have been resolved.

I finally got around to finishing this tonight too. BTW: I had to register from HRT before TMo sent the browser config service book - but then it was fine. Also: TCP info was pointing to AT&T again, so I had to set it back to point to TMo's WAP gateway (wap.voicestream.com, no username and no password). Now all is good, and my Curve and TMo BIS are happy together!
