Default Reconcile Now option....

Please Login to Remove!

How do you get this option back in the messages menu?? I've deleted service books and resent, also re-activated the device with no luck.

Any suggestions?

It's a Verizon 7250 running on BES 4.1.4.

Barry,
You will need to reinstall or upgrade BB OS. Here's a thread for the same problem http://www.blackberryforums.com/rim-...-problems.html

A better option (and less work) would be to simply go to your Options (Messages>Options) and select Reconciliation. Turn 'Wireless Reconcile' back to ON. It turns itself off in some cases (usually a firmware/software installation).

Good Luck!
