"Some Databases Failed To Synchronize: Address Book" New Information

I searched this forum for details on this error and even though I get it all the time while activating users in BES. I'm surprised others don't.
Basically, what I have been told by the BES engineers, is that this happens because in the Outlook address book there are one or more contact that do not have a First, Last, or Company name entry in their respective fields. In Outlook this happens often enough when you add a contact quickly by only filling in the "file as" field, but the BBY needs one of these entries, otherwise it doesn't know what to do with this new 'contact'.
I wanted to get the opinion of the forum on this.
