Default RIM reports no network issues

Please Login to Remove!

It looks like the problem was finally repaired. I'm getting emails on time and the RIM network service issue line has changed the message to "no known issues"

Sash, is this RIM Network service line a known phone number to call or web site to check?

would you rather them not do maintenance on the application and it be down due to actual issues during the time of an actual network outage?

and unless things have changed in the last 3-4 weeks, here's their response concerning their network status page:

The number for our call center is 1.877.255.2377. You may also want to contact your carrier for a update on the status of their network, if you're having coverage issues.
