If I understand your message correctly (I'm not sure that I do), you had your email account setup on your Blackberry with one carrier, switched carriers, and now can't setup the email account with the new carrier because it is still setup with the original carrier? If that's the case, all you should have to do is login to your original carrier's BIS site and remove the email account, and then you should be able to set it up with the new carrier.
