KB20191-The error "DestUserConfigIdIsAvailable, The UserId cannot be preserved" is displayed when migrating users using the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter Tool
KB20191 suggests that the users need to be removed and re-activate. Is there any workaround? Can we amend the SQLID on the source server's user records? Anybody has this error before and found a workaround instead of having to remove the user and re-EA?
