I downloaded a theme via eveek.com through desktop manager and it said it was successful - but where is it on the handheld? It is not under the theme section to choose.

Was it for your device/software version? What was the theme? Do you have all the default dimension themes installed?

The site said it was for 83xx BB. I downloaded it - unzipped it and the desktop manager picked up the .alx file and installed it. the theme was the iberry theme that is listed on the eveek site. not sure what you mean by default dimension themes installed.

Did you try a battery pull? This usually solves this issue.

yes - tried that and it still is not under themes.
