I am looking for some input from everyone here, i've got a bunch of guys that would like the chance to learn more about their blackberry's so they can become more productive and learn more about them in general. I was kind of curious to know what you guys would suggest i cover with them? I know it's best i ask them, and i have, but i also wanted some input from other's.
Thanks for the help!

I would cover the best programs and methods of using PIMs and Task/organizers. Would also be good to orient them all the functionality of the programs that come native to their BBs and also times to use wap functionality and times to use the full blown html browser. I am assuming that this is for a work training session.
I have found Todo Matrix and Idea Matrix to be great organizer programs. Haven't found a really great PIM program yet.
According to what model(s), anything that is in the Tips Sheets from Stinsonddog below in my signature. Also the shortcuts: Home Screen Shortcuts - BlackBerryFAQ
Shortcuts! I've still yet to learn many of them myself and I'm sure I do many things the 'long way'. PIMs (as has been suggested) are a good thing to cover. Maybe show them a few free "for fun" programs like a RSS reader or some nice WAP websites.
I would put togther a presentation (short of course - you are dealing with sales people) and give them a handout with tips and tricks (like shortcuts) they can reference. You could even get fancy and put it on wallet size card for them to carry as reference....
