Default Just Ordered Curve Through AT&T Premier. Here is how...

Please Login to Remove!

For those of you that are still getting the "Maintenance in Progress" error message when you try to access the premier site, here is the work around.

I was able to place the order this morning and my 2 Curve will be arriving here tomorrow.

When you go to your premier site, the URL still points to h ttp://business.cingular.com/........................

what you need to do is replace the business.cingular.com with ht tp://www.wireless.att.com and leave rest of the URL alone. When you do replace the URL and hit enter, you will be directed to the correct site.

Hope this helps...

Yep that's how I did it as well. I got it for $174.99 and I chose $14.95 overnight shipping. Do you think we will actually get them tomorrow?

I spoke to couple people and if your order has been processed, it will ship out today via FedEx.. .and you will get it next day if you selected that method.

glad to hear that people are using this method.

Yup, have ordered through NBO before. As long as you get your order in by a reasonable time, it will ship today. You shoudl get a tracking # via email tonight, itll be there tomorrow if you went with next day air.

Interesting. I got the $25 off the order too, but the bastids must be applying the 50% on different retail prices depending on the company. Well, I have waited for this damned phone so long I dont care anymore. I just want it!

My base price was 749.99 - 450.00 which = 299.99. After I added it to the cart it came to 199.99 - 25 = 174.99. Not too bad.

Just hope it gets here tomorrow.

I am hedging my bet and even though I expect to pick one up the second the store call me to say it arrived, I just ordered one over the phone with overnight delivery. The sales person says it is early and it should be shipped today! I will need another 8300 anyway as when my VP sees my 8300 his 8800 will likely suffer a horrible accident!

Your company needs to have a corporate relationship with AT&T. A company-specific web site will be set up by AT&T for purchases from your organization. Usually comes with decent privileges such as online discounts, equipment discounts, activation waivers etc.

Default No West Chicago suburbs have stock, SO ORDERED VIA PREMIER

After calling AT&T stores all this week and seeing that post of today being the release date, I tried calling Downers Grove - Orland Park area stores for the new BB Curve.

I've combed and cold-called every Cingular Corp and Authorized retail store in the Downers Grove and Orland Park areas.

I've heard any of the following:

1. The UPS delivery has not arrived yet.
2. We don't know anything about the 8300, do you mean the 8100/Pearl?
3. We have the 8800
4. It will be a few weeks until we receive this type of new equipment

Just put my order in for a BB Curve via my AT&T Premier site access.

$299.99 for the BB Curve
$18.00 for service upgrade fee
$14.95 for overnight shipping...

~$332 total

I'm just waiting to see that it has been shipped!

I dont have access to a Premier login even though I have a FAN # and so on, so I called around for a couple of hours until someone finally transferred me to National Business Sales which helped me out. I have 2 shiny new Curves coming my way at 199 each, and they waived the upgrade fee, activation fee, and shipping, FedEx'd and and should be here tomorrow I'm hoping?

Yippie!

If you know your company has a corporate relationship with ATT enter your work email on this page > https://www.wireless.att.com/business/authenticate/ it will then send you an email that will take you directly to the premier site. You don't need a login. This is how I did mine when I got my 8700c, and when I upgraded to the Curve.

Also, the price only drops to 199.99 when you upgrade your plan with data. If your just upgrading the device it stays at 299.99. This is before the $25.00 online discount of course.

I love it that the Premier URL changed sometime yesterday and I never received a notification...or a page redirect!

Just ordered my Curve today through the AT&T business side. The stores don't have a clue. In fact even the business lady didn't know there was a Curve out. Duh. Will be here latest by Tuesday.
