QuickPull...is anyone else having stability issues with it? Error screens, etc?

Sometime does the reset, sometimes it doesn't. Has not bricked my 8330.

Firstly, it will never "brick" your phone. The only thing that can brick a phone is a user.

But what does it do that you consider "bricking" it??

Yes, which version are you running? I was having problems starting QuickPull (I'd have to click on the icon twice before it would start up) but the issue went away as soon as I upgraded to 3.1.1 a couple of days ago.

How long have you been using BB's?

If it is after 2007 when they became popular and mainstream and not circa-2001 when I started with a 950...then you know as the mods here also know that only certain types of users brick BB's, and people using them since monochrome screens and no 3G like myself, aren't one of them.

With that said - the entire staff at the VZW corporate store, running a mix of Storms, Tours and 83xx said they've been having the same problem. One of them is "borrowing" the stores Storm because his is irrevocably broken.

Thanks man!
I upgraded to 3.1.1 and it works like a charm! You get "lifesaver of the year" award.

How can you find the version of quickpull? I have tried "help" and "streethorn", but nothing happens. Quickpull appears to work fine however. Just curious on the version.
