If i go to my emails and try and open the options link, nothing happens. Can someone please help??????

Are you on a BES for data? It could be an IT Policy limiting your ability to view/change options.

I know the data is fine cos i can still send and receive emails and use the internet. i just wanted to change my password but as options doesnt open i cant. even if i go to the setup, everything works but the email bit

I'm having the same problem with my 9780, are you getting the thing where you click on it but it just doesn't open? And going to setup>email accounts also doesn't work? I wonder if it's a problem with the 9780.
