Unhappy Help....Wiped my Blackberry and now I am missing Applications

Please Login to Remove!

I had to wipe my 8130 because it just kept restarting on it's own. Luckily I backed everything up the day before this happened. So I wiped my BB and restored it and I am missing a couple applications.

I am missing Pocket Express, Web Browser, and Telus Applications.

Also when I go to use Maps now it says "Your device is not configured for BIS or BES access." I used to be able to use maps and the GPS, now I can't. Anyone know how to fix these problems.....Thanks.

Do you have a BB data plan with Telus?

Also, a regular backup doesn't backup 3rd party applications. It only backs up your personal data.

I always do the standard backup and the following before I wipe my device.

Yes I have the Unlimited date plan with Telus. I already wiped my BB because it wouldn't stay turned on so I lost all my 3rd party apps.

Is there a place I can get this all back.

Thanks for the link I will do that everytime I back up my stuff.

You will get the web browser back along with your Service Books.

Telus Applications? Is that just a folder with the applications in it? Make certain it is not hidden, but if you wiped it with a proper backup of the third party apps, they may be gone as stated above.
