Thumbs down Blackberry not reconciling properly from handunit to email server

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all, long time reader, first time poster here,

I've got a user who's having some weird issue's with her Blackberry. We're using a BES in conjunction with Lotus Notes.

When she sends an email from her PC, it appears in the Sent folder on her Blackberry just fine. However, when she sends an email from her Blackberry, it doesn't appear on her PC.

It works the same way with emails she deletes. It deletes going from PC > Blackberry, but not Blackberry > PC.

The following fix attempts have not worked: Resending service books, reactivating Blackberry, activating her account on totally different hardware (9000 Bold, different SIM), or reinstalling firmware.

I've confirmed that her email reconciliation options are correct, ie:
Delete On: Blackberry and Mailbox
Wireless Reconciliation: On
On Conflict: Mailbox Wins

She can still otherwise receive and send emails just fine from her Blackberry.

I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Cheers!

Does anybody have any suggestions for what we can try with this? She's now got a new Bold with fully updated firmware, and the issue persists.

Just to be certain -- she is using the BES-based account on the BB and not a personal/POP account.

I was having some odd issues with one handheld where the simplest solution -- removing the battery -- fixed the problem, but I doubt that is your situation given what you have tried.

Yeah, it's a BES based account.

Might be the permissions for the user. Are Send As and Receive As set appropriately?

with lotus notes? ... I don't think so.

What version of Domino / Notes are you using and what version of BES?

Also, are all other users working OK?
Did it ever work or has it always been like this?
