"[BIPP] Connection Failed" and "[BIPPeClient]::Connect: Error calling host" messages

Our event logs are full of these warning messages ("[BIPPeClient]::Connect: Error calling host" and "[BIPP] Connection Failed") and I am currently unable to activate new devices (devices hang on 40-50%) and it appears Desktop [Sync] service is not working (no address book, tasks, or memopad entries sync). We recently had an issue with our SRP ID and our BES service with RIM stopped and we had to re-enter our SRP ID. Since this event, we have had this problem and event log messages. Email and calendar working fine.
